    Interesting, its weird in PA some things they act like a commonwealth others a state.

    I own 60+acres (and grew up) in a County in PA and yet the sheriff wont issue a non resident even though he can. I need to walk down the street and have a conversation with him personally next time I visit the folks.

    It's that new AG, she's a typical Democrat, anti-gun. I expected nothing less than this from her.

    I guess she LOVES open carry ( outside of Philly), huh? You can still transport in vehicle with ANY permit issued by any state, then when you step out- you will now have to OPEN CARRY! So I guess if I take up on the offer for a cop in Stewartstown to buy my dinner so he can "pick my brains" about trapping, he can give me a speech about open carry and how bad it is. I've heard rumors about the Stewartstown PD not liking open carry. Though the York county Libertarian party has been muck-a-mucking in that town recently in regards to one of them open carrying to a township meeting.
