How does the new AG get picked? If by a Governor appointment...buh bye
Karma is a bitch. Unfortunately, her replacement is not likely to reinstate UT permit reciprocity.
True, but getting rid of her may allow a change. Her staying will not.
Is there a particular individual they are looking at?
The whole premise behind PA not accepting non-resident out-of-state permits was because they thought their own citizens were bypassing PA licenses because of some blemish on their records that didn't stop them from getting FL licenses for example. Since the PA Supreme Court basically said residents couldn't carry on out of state licenses, there's no reason for this to continue.
