Of course he HAS to say that so he's not held responsible for the massive buying spree that's occurring. His job was to force the laws through to make his political statements concur with the Dems and Obama so that he can begin his attempt to higher office. Now that the obvious reaction to those laws is causing 'unintended consequences', he must express his disappointment to avoid being held directly accountable.

Unfortunately, his sheeple here in Maryland will buy into it. He wouldn't have gotten this far by being a stupid politician.
