Nothing I've bought ever seemed so useful or as good a deal as my Otis kit.

I have the Sniper kit and it has everything we need for all our guns except for a .45 brush and we already had one of those (and now you can buy them separately to upgrade or replace).

A lot of cleverness here - like the tee handle ends are also obstruction clearers and more ideas like that

Amazingly small when its all packed up and zipped shut.

Got my kits on eBay for a fraction of the list price. Been thinking of buying one to randomly gift to a GI overseas.

I got the Elite Otis kit today as well. It was on sale at Midway. Haven't used it yet, but it seems well made and well designed.

And I like the made in USA.

I was issued an Otis kit with my M16A4, and have acquired a few extra kits over time. I like the little guy but basically supplanted the parts from it into the rest of my cleaning gear.

I have the kit, and I keep it in my range bag, for field cleaning. To be honest, I found that it didn't clean as thoroughly as it said that it did. I can get a better job done with my rods and jags. As a field cleaning kit though, it is handy, and doesn't take up much space in the range box.

A friend of mine gave a me a few of the mil issue kits. One is the multi caliber one that does 9mm, .45 , .223 and 7.62 . They all came with Gerber multi tools and lil gerber flashlights . I keep mine in my range bag too it covers every caliber I normally shoot . He also gave me a 12ga one .

They are pretty cool lil compact kits .
