shit so it really is dead? I wasn't able to make it to the last 2 rallies because of my work schedule so I'm a little behind on what's going on.

Believe it or not, the Governor would not have to wait for the General Assembly to change the CC permit process. Gov. MOM could just announce an executive order and it would be done…but don't hold your breath.
