NRA RSO Course in Cecil County

This is a feeler for interest in an NRA RSO course. It would be held in Cecil Co. probably North East or Elkton.

If we have at least 10 people interested we will schedule the class. We have two people on the list already with a max of 20 or so.

This is a one day class about 8-10 hours. The cost is still being worked out but should be about $131.00 for NRA members. The class will take place on a Sat or Sun, still being worked out.

The $131 includes cert. I wasn't sure of cert price at first. I'm still trying to put this whole thing together, we need at least 10 people for it to happen.
