Northwind Bullseye League ??

Does anyone know when the Spring/Summer Bullseye league begins at Baltimore County Game & Fish Protective Assn. Sometimes referred to as The Northwind Gun Club. I shot it last year, but there doesn't seem to be any mention of it for this spring season. I have contacted them throught thier website twice but no response..Thanks
