non AR SBR form one

Obviously we know ATF and Maryland are confused as to whats what,
I am waiting for my next approval or denial on an ar sbr though I followed all the regulations again, my question is, is there even hope for an approval of a non AR SBR in md right now on a form one?
for example the CZ scorpion EVO when that gets to be available, or kriss vector 45? with an ar adapter and the right stock it can make the overall length requirement... is it even worth trying or just wait to find out what news comes down the line?

Your guess is as good as ours. Submit it and see what happens. At least they refund the $200 if it gets denied.

From what I've seen only a handful of some very lucky people have gotten back approved Form 1's within the last couple of months (including AR-15 SBR's). Mostly due to luck of the draw as far as examiners.

I hate loaning two hundred dollars to atf for four to five months to stack up denials...

That SBR was approved 8 months ago.

It was a non-AR(assault weapon), wasn't it? Either pony up the $200 or try making some phone calls. I would add that I wouldn't. Uncle Sugar is holding enough of my money, right now.

Got mine back tonight approved at 10:15pm. Filed on Dec 4 2014 for 29.5" AR SBR. Was getting worried.
