I'm in no matter how far I have to drive. I've got a few boxes of tracers and plenty of Mosins and ammo.

If folks want to play with the cool stuff; like tracers, incendiary, starburst, dragonsbreath, etc...

After running military ranges through the years, you might want to think of a wet season in your planning.

Nothing like starting a range fire 5 minutes after you start.
Makes for a long night.

also a date is needed. is mid september good? a friday or satuday? how would i go about doing a bbq? whats a good price?
i am only 16 so this is a lot to think about.....

i love the idea. i only wish i could help in finding a venue. and i agree with inigoes, this might not be a great idea in the dead of summer when the ground is the driest.

We used to go out to Zeke's and shoot until into the evening. Yet in the recent years he's cut it off at dusk (I don't think the neighbor approves). I still have a picture of my 870 being shot by a friend in the pitch black.
