Do some deep searching in Maryland 2A . This was discussed at length during the Post Wollard Applicant days.

Schools, Government buildings, M&T Bank stadium, anytime you want to consume alcohol.

Not an all inclusive list and if you have doubts it's best to contact an attorney as they will be the one defending you later.

Assuming one has an unrestricted CCW, where can they NOT carry by law? Are there any hard and fast rules? MD Code?

Federal property (court houses/post offices etc), schools, private property if the owner or the manager says No Firearms and bars/restaurants (if drinking alcohol). Chris

Thanks, guys. Quick clarification: what constitutes a school? Public and private? Daycare/childcare center?

I wouldn't trust anyone's advice on the internet that pertains to my freedom with questions like that.

Do a lot of research or call an attorney or treat all the above as schools.

I was more looking for a MD Crim Code section before I break out the books or use Lexis. Thanks though :)
