    Does this mean if I live within 300 yards of my neighbor and fire on my property in self defense I am guilty.

    Your original post states it excludes indoor and outdoor ranges
    "Permitted ranges" and DNR sanctioned deer management. OH, and LEO shooting ranges,, because they are special and their guns don't disturb.

    To translate,, you can only do so if it sanctioned by the "Crown".
    And you can bet the farm that a legal range that is permitted but does not meet the 300 yards WILL be challenged with the new law.

    But why? Is there a problem in the county currently that is making this a thing? Anne Arundel county is pretty red relative to the rest of central maryland.

    Name one time MD legislators (or county) penned gun legislation that addresses an actual problem.

    What problem did SB1 address? all the legal W&C holder shooting up the state?
