    I'd go with a PSA blem built lower for $130. The warranty on that polymer one is for "manufacturer defects." If it breaks and they deem it to be from wear and tear or if they simply go out of business, then you're screwed.

    A little while ago, PSA did $399 Del-Ton's. The $20 difference is worth it in my opinion (if it returns).

    I have not read good things about PTAC products, Google should make that evident pretty quickly.

    I have not handled or used one personally, though.

    I'm loving this whole buy-whatever-you-want-in-private-sale thing. I've already picked up an AK and at least one handgun. The only annoying thing is that you can't buy from an FFL in VA until your DL is at least 30 days old, so I've got more guns sitting at the FFL until then. However, I could go over to WV or PA and buy all the evil black rifles I want.
