Dropped the 10/22 off at Engage Armament this morning to have the barrel theaded for a suppressor. I'm looking for some suggestions for a can to go with it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

Another +1 for the sparrow... mine has treated me well, but take my opinion with a grain of salt because I don't have experience with anything else.

What does it cost to have a 10/22 barrel threaded?

Around $120+-$20... Enough that it is usually better just to buy a threaded barrel.

Silencerco SS 22Sparrow or SWR Spectre II. Both are easy to take down for cleaning and are rated as top 22lr suppressors. Ive had my SS Sparrow for more than a year and love it. It comes with me to the range weekly and I never shoot 22lr without it.

Exactly...but then you run into buying a heavier barrel, need a different stock, now you need a bigger scope for your tack driver and the list goes on LOL.

My dedicated .22LR AR-15 SBR, not including optics or suppressor, cost a bit more than $1500.

On the plus side, it is the most insanely awesome .22 you will ever shoot that's not full auto.

I am still figuring out what I want to do for a handgun host.
