Great little shooter. Highlighted the markings.

Looks awesome, nice round hammer model. Is this one of the excellent condition ones from Classic? What's the other side look like?

I have had this for a couple years now. Marks are not to bad. I will post a pic when I get home. I don't mind shooting this and it's big brother 82 since i started reloading MAK.

I reload 9x18, too. Wish the brass didnt launch so far. At least its not as bad as a Tokarev, though.

I did the same with the markings on mine, except I did the circle 11 also. Looks nice!

I feel like the P64 (without modified springs) out of the factory is more snappy and you can feel it in the web of your hand more than say the Walther PPKS. Think some of that can be attributed to 9mm mak vs 9mm Kurz .380 ... Of course not comparing with the 7.65 .32 standard calibre of the PPK or PP since that is a smaller caliber.

Its pretty dang snappy. I have some light reloads that are pretty pleasant to shoot, especially with a Wolff 22lb recoil spring

Maybe mine are broken. They don't seem snappy and I like the factory springs.

It's funny how we perceive recoil differently. I tamed my P64 with the 22# recoil spring, and 19# hammer spring. It was still snappy, but bearable. On the whole, though, I feel shooting my Taurus 745 is a little easier on the hand. Everybody has a different grip and hold, that's for sure. :)
