The 228 is not only my oldest Sig, but also the very first handgun I was able to buy in December 1993. The 210 is just a baby having gotten it just days ago.

Looks like it has some aftermarket Hogue grips. I wonder how it compares to the feeling of palm swell of the factory sig?

Congratulations on your two Sigs from another Sig fan. My first handgun was also a Sig, a P226, which I will never part with both for sentimental reasons as well as its accuracy and reliability.

Nice guns. My first was a P320 that I got back at 2 weeks to flatten the curve. Its an awesome gun. The only one I have I like better is a 1911 in 9mm %80 build. I really want to get a sig 1911 if I ever find one in 9mm. I dont want to have to hoard yet another caliber.

The 228 was my first Sig and got the ball rolling for me. It's one of the best production Sigs made in my book, along with the 220, 226, 229, etc., the classic Sigs. I've considered buying a 210 Target but haven't "pulled the trigger" yet. I'm clearing out my P320's to make room for the 210. A few of my favorites below: P228, P229 Legion LE, P220 Carry & P220 Elite, P226 LE Fairfax.

How do you like your Legion?
    I carried a 225 as a duty gun and loved it…it replaced a S&W 13/3, which I have at home…do not do EDC.
Now that I’m old and fat, I’d like to get a 226 or a Legion…but is the price differential worth it for an around-the-house/ occasional shooter? (My days of serious range time, are over.)

Mine are also for around the house and I don't get them to the range nearly enough. I've been shooting for over five decades and until 2021 I would turn my nose up at a Sig. In 2021 when I shot that first Sig, the P228, I was amazed at how smooth the action was and how accurate I was shooting it. It wasn't hard on my arthritic fingers/hands. My 226 and 229 Legion LE's are even better but with less than 200 rounds through each they are not even broken in yet. Very little creep or overtravel, short reset, and accurate. I am a trigger guy first and I think for a production pistol the Sig Legions have one of the smoothest DA/SA action pulls and reset out of the box. The SA version is said to be even better. Sig classic series pistols are pricey but you do get what you pay for. They do have some weight to them which I like. I am also a big fan of the Elite series which are about $250-500 less pricey than a Legion depending on the Legion configuration you choose. I like the Legion LE models because they have the black Nitron finish vs the gray cerakote finish of the standard Legion.

Sig always makes nice pistols. However, what is that 210 classifications? Range competition handgun?
