*MSI v. Montgomery County* federal claims just got scheduled to be heard at the Fourth Circuit on 1/23/24. Fourth case on the docket.

IANAL but this means the portion of the suit with regards to state law has been settled. The Federal part is a 2A challenge to the County law.

What does this mean with respect to the ruling that just came out of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County?



Are we still waiting on the Federal Claims to be resolved at the Fourth Circuit to have MoCo's Carry Prohibitions lifted?
