Well that was an ass kicking, liberals everywhere are going to be crying in their Cardboardeaux tonight. Someone take one for the team and check on Angrier Shamblee later.

The Circuit Court has just entered MSI's proposed orders awarding injunctive and declaratory relief. The County is officially enjoined from enforcing most of Chapter 57 of the County Code, including its ban on carry by permit holders. Link to the injunction: https://www.marylandshallissue.org/jmain/documents?task=download.send&id=500&catid=4&m=0 Link to the declaratory judgment: https://www.marylandshallissue.org/jmain/documents?task=download.send&id=501&catid=4&m=0
    Congratualtions!!

Did they have to pay any actual monetary damages to any on the plaintiffs?

    Them's the magic words!

Another Montgomery County law goes on the ash heap of legislative malpractice.

Not yet. That's part of the Takings claim and that compensation aspect has been severed to be addressed later. They are also on the hook for attorneys' fees at the end of this case.

    Congrats to all.

Now I can legally go to my office which is with 100 yards of a large church.
I still wish I can carry in mine: one is attached to a hospital, in the other building there are multiple offices that treat patient’s and have physical therapy.
