Are we getting tired of winning yet?

in about 10 days, yes.So does this put us back pre 21-22e?
Thanks brother! The ban on owning home made firearms in MoCo is dead.
The special areas law in MoCo is done.
Both sides have 10 days to come up with a few documents including thewording for them to include the ability for the county to appeal.
No problem, Mark did a more thorough job in post 11.Thanks brother!
Yup. Read it. I still appreciate your input. No problem, Mark did a more thorough job in post 11.
and before. Anything inconsistent with State law is declared invalidSo does this put us back pre 21-22e?
Far as I am aware, former MoCO ammo purchase restrictions went away years ago, though places like PSA still refuse to ship to MoCo or Annapolis. Were the mail-order ammo restrictions previously stricken by earlier suit or are they officially gone with this suit?
FIFYOK ... !OTAY!
State preemption nullified that law long agoWere the mail-order ammo restrictions previously stricken by earlier suit or are they officially gone with this suit?

The state has no restrictions on online ammo purchase -Yet.
But January is creeping up on us, and the General Assembly will be doing its thing. Might as well buy a few cases of whatever you use. As we have seen, it's easier for them to create unconstitutional laws than it is to get them removed the fact.
The preemption went away years ago via a court's decision. A search of the statutes still finds the law on the books, but it takes a deeper dive to find the court decision that nullified the statute. PSA and others are maybe too lazy to do that level of analysis to understand our "law" is null and void. Why would PSA bear the cost and do the legal work to figure out the laws of a county of one million people...one-third of one percent of the US population?State preemption nullified that law long ago
Yes, specifically: Montgomery County v. Atlantic Guns, Inc., 302 Md. 540 (1985).Were the mail-order ammo restrictions previously stricken by earlier suit or are they officially gone with this suit?
