Has anybody used the Mojo sights on a Mosin-Nagant M44?

Also, is there any harm in dry firing Mosins?

Speaking of pain, I have a bad right shoulder and might need surgery (ruptured tendons). How can I reduce the recoil shock of the Mosin Nagant 91/30 rifle. Rubber but pad?
If so, where obtainable? All ideas welcome. I fear that the doc wil say not to do any heavy shooting.

There are a few different generic limbsaver type products that fit the Mosin Nagant. There are also a ton of vendors that sell the Mosin specific buttpad (link below). I have one. It reduces the recoil from a kick to a firm push. It still hits a little bit, but I would not mind shooting all day.

I would buy the stuff online but trying to convince my dad if buying anything online is like trying to make a snowball in July.

Walmart sells preloaded credit cards. Take you allowance and ride your bike up to Walmart. Buy one of them with enough money to cover your online ammo shopping. Or get daddy to take you to a gun show.
