$10 for shipping? Yuck. I can get them for $12 a pop on the 'innerweb'.

I think I paid $18 shipping for 3 sets = $3/can. Then too, not all "new" cans are created equal. The Midway cans are slightly better than the ones I got off ebay.

Rural king has metal 50 cal cans with good rubber seals for $12.99. They used to have free shipping on orders over $99, that's when I stocked up on them. But now they'very upped free shipping min to $149. I guess it depends how many cans you really need....

I ordered 2 for $25 with free shipping. They'll have perfect seals on them. That's all you need for an ammo can.

I got my 40mm can on the bay a few months back to mount on the tongue of my M101. Just gotta hunt for them.

I see them out there. Most places shipping is a bitch. Though there is a 5 pack of them for 100.xx on Amazon with free shipping.
