I know this is a little late to ask... but does anyone have any 2A opinion on Kathy Afzali (R) vs Scott Guenthner (Unaffiliated)?

NRA-PVF has Afzali at a C rating. However the first FAQ on her website is:

Q: What is your position on Gun Rights and will you advocate for “conceal and carry” rights?

As you probably already know Maryland is a “may issue” state. Some gun rights advocates like to call it the “fat chance” state. My goal is to promote legislation encouraging the state to allow local sheriffs or police to issue permits. I believe this would be a great way to loosen the “liberal stranglehold” on the right to conceal and carry and allow law-abiding citizens to protect themselves and family.

You have a constitutional right to carry and the fact that you have to “ask” Annapolis for that privilege is absurd. I am a lifetime NRA member and I will do everything in my power to promote gun rights.

I don't know, that sounds like an A to me.

    On Guenthner's website, he says:
    5. 2nd Amendment: The right to keep and bear arms is an individual right meant to empower citizens and defend their life, their liberty, and their property and shall not be infringed upon.

Not nearly as passionate, but still support worthy.
