As we all know searching/traversing through all the Maryland firearm laws and regulations can be daunting, and confusing at best. Especially when the MD Office of the Secretary of State, chops up each chapter and section of COMAR on their website into subsequent webpages (yuck). There's a search function, but I much rather have a soft copy of all relative annotated code and regulations concerning firearms. Therefore, I generated PDF outputs of the entire chapter of the weapons regulations. MSP has graciously provided the "proposed COMAR" on their website, for proposed regulations changed after Oct 1st. However, nothing in PDF format of the permanent code. Also those are just two chapters provided by MSP, and nothing else. Below are the proposed regulations chapters from MSP (not sure if they're up-to-date), and the PDF's that I generated form the Maryland State Department website concerning the rest of the COMAR Weapons Regulations, which are up-to-date.
