Can we get one that removes the requirement to be 21 and up to purchase regulated weapons? I really want an AK74.

There is a very deep anti-gun mentality in the state house that isn't going to change until we get our message out to people.

looks like SB803 snuck in today. Text not available yet, but something about regulated firearms training exemptions. Keep an eye out for the full text.

    its under today's senate agenda.

It should show up elsewhere overnight.

Its looks pretty harmless, but you never know until you see the full text.

It's from Senator Brinkley, a friend as far as I know. Should be positive. It is an exemption bill.

Im personally waiting for Maryland to pass a "chewing tax" on food....

When I lived in MA; I would go to the State Liquor stores in New Hampshire because they never gave me trouble with my Maryland ID and they were tax free.

I went to Wendys and I swear I saw a "prepared food" tax.

    Welcome to Maryland!

"If it moves, tax it. If it doesn't move, push it."

Sometimes I'm surprised gun-related fees and taxes are as low as they are, considering what they could be.

i think that the reason why the fees are low is the idea that guns should not be only for the rich. they are for everyone according to the 2A and if the states raise their fees it would infringe on the right

but thats opinion i am probably wrong here
