does that mean the 30 days isn't started yet?

The 30 days to answer runs from the day the state was served with the summons, but just because the judiciary website doesn't show the service date doesn't mean it wasn't. The process server has to file an affidavit with the Court. Then the clerk has to enter the affidavit into the system. Often that doesn't happen before the 30 days runs. I think MSI has said the State's answer is due on the 17th, meaning it was promptly served.

Well, perhaps we all shall know something tomorrow (Monday June 17th 2013).
It would be nice to see some freaking progress on this Issue.

Oh, and BTW, Happy Father's Day! That's for all of the Fathers in the audience.

    Take your kid shooting today!

Case has been assigned to Judge Norman...an Ehrlich appointee, a former prosecutor, and........a former Maryland State Policeman. Interesting.

Just go to youtube and read the video summary.

    Likewise: http://votenomalley.blogspot.com/2007/07/omalley-orders-md-judges-to-smoke-more.html

PDF summary: He and two other judges claimed endorsement from people who never actually endorsed them.

    Also...http://articles.baltimoresun.com/20...21214_1_jail-time-contempt-charge-judge-stone

District Judge Norman Stone III also will be on administrative probation for two years.
Maryland's top court signed off late Friday on the agreement between Stone, 54, and the Commission on Judicial Disabilities. His attorney acknowledged that Stone had exceeded his authority by sentencing people for contempt without allowing them to fully defend themselves in court. At least two people were jailed for slamming doors.

No better than Hillary or DOJ Holer....:mad54: Corruption is everywhere!!

Could we look into the state of Maryland AND the Maryland State Police violating our DUE PROCESS rights concerning this matter? I'm not sure Maryland recognizes Due Process, but if so, they have definitely violated this right.

Due Process means more than a speedy trial, visit this ACLU page to read the definition.

    What do you think?
