In case anyone is interested, I found these. I was looking for a wood stock before my Appleseed shoot. They were out of stock both places for the longest time, but now seem to be available.

Ordered a Boyd's Pepper Hunter style for myself.

I have a couple of Boyds Laminated Thumbhole stocks that I think are pretty nice. I also bought two of their Evolution stocks for my boys Savage MKII 22s. Not expensive, dropped right in and look really nice. Plenty of colors and styles to choose from.
