    This is such dupe.

Many times I am wide awake at 2, 3, 4am and have walked the dog. The neighborhood takes on a different aura that early. Nice and quiet and you get to see other night owls. You'd be surprised what you see and hear at those hours.

It's obvious you are up to no good being outside at those hours. If you work a job other than a 9-5 you are extra no good.

Maybe carry permits should only be good for regular business hours. Criminals will honor those time restrictions...

Sooner or later, jury selection may prove difficult to see no persons without a carry permit.
Having one shouldn't be a disqualifier either.
I saw drivers license type a dis-qualifier but theirs no constitutional right to drive.
Just as there is a duty to retreat, the ability to validate a right and be selected should bear merit.

Anybody can sue for anything . If they pay the lawyer's hourly rate up front .

But his chances of winning round to zero , and most likely will be quickly dismissed.
