Looking for someone in Montgomery County area to do a little polymer work

Like the title suggests. I'm looking for someone to help me make a Gen 4 G17 frame accept G19 magazines. I'm not really interested in attempting this myself since I'm positive I will screw it up.

Looking to pretty much get the exact result in the pic below. I have a handful of pics, different angles and comparison shots of the 17 and 19. Will pay what is needed to, (within reason of course) to get this done correctly.
