Possible subject for discussion with Mike as he understood it with SB281. If a gun is sent away or the receiver replaced with a new ser# BY THE MANUFACTURER for a repair, it should be grandfathered in as it was bought prior to 10/1/13. No HQL should be needed for this repair. Even though it's a new ser.# on the receiver. Right or wrong???
