    I'm suprised the dealer in Stevensville didn't pick up on the deal when one guy was making the decisions for the other to purchase.

    It's unlikely that the felon was standing next to the buyer saying, 'buy me this gun, this gun and this gun'. Those decisions are usually made previously, then the actual buyer makes the transactions alone. If not, then there's a whole lot of stupid all around.....

    Can someone explain just what the "Offense Level" is, how it is determined and how (with adjustments) it effects the court proceedings and sentencing?

    I think this is good news; that the LEO's don't care about the policies of the administrations, they are going to follow and uphold the law....
    Because didn't Biden/Holder/et al just have a meeting with the NRA where they were whining and bitching about needing new gun laws since "they didn't have the resources to go after straw purchases" or some bullsh!t like that?

    clearly the LEOs involved here didn't tow the party line. GOOD!
