What ISN'T WORKING about straw purchasing laws already? It's the STATES ATTORNEY'S that are plea barging away the charges and do not strongly enforce the laws that exist. If the States Attorney's did strongly prosecute straw purchasers and their enablers then maybe those criminals would think twice about doing it in the first place. How are magical finger prints and a training class going to change that exactly?
