looks like there are at best 27 supporters. my recollection is we need 29 for a filibuster. does anyone know if we have 29 for cloture? you know they have started recall petitions in CO for people who voted for the sham legislation they passed....

Garagiola was listed as against but voted for. Based on the other comments in this thread, listing Garagiola as against was not correct.
