Watching tv and learned that certain states allow hunters to use milk jugs or two-liters, spray painted black to fill in with their floating decoy spread to help make the spread more noticeable to the birds without the expense of buying more decoys.

Any idea if maryland is one of the states that allows this? any one have any experience? Does it work?

Used to use diapers to fill out snow goose spreads. Never had a problem. The only decoy rule I have ever heard is no live decoys.
