Just Right Carbine

Sorry in advance, but I'm just trying to make sense of what's legal from here on out. Seems like the M1 Carbine is ok, Beretta Storm, etc. What about the JRC? It's an AR type Carbine in pistol calibers.

JRC pistol cartridge carbines were over the counter guns. Although they appear to be an AR15 rifle they are significantly different mechanically and functionallly

Upper to lower fitting is NOT two pin set up as in an AR15 - JRC Has three assembly screws

JRC does NOT use an AR15 mag - it uses the Glock pistol mags

Lastly it is NOT a 556 or a 223

So it SHOULD be a legal over the counter cash and carry carbine. Now you are not going to get the evil high cap glock mags if you get it

Lastly It shoud pass the overall lenght req of sb281- fully collapsed the stock rests on position 2 or 3 and the carbine has a naked threaded barrel with a thread protector - no flash suppressor or whatever.....

One more - goto youtube and view a test vid of a JRC using ummm bump fire stock - lol - burning a hole in the pants pocket

I have the 9mm version and it's a blast to shoot. I went through 200 rounds in no time at all.
