There is no explanation here. Does the flag represent the people of this once great nation or is it representative of the corrupt government that is in control? Newsflash for some here: the US is not the shining city on the hill that it was. Anyone that doesn't see that needs to take the blinders off.

The awake and aware American IS patriotic and will fight for restoration of what made this nation the most unique experiment in individual freedom and liberty. If the flag represents what is/was good about America, then treat it with respect. If it represents a government out of control and the tyranny it is engaging in, then it deserves no respect.
