The renewal is just a renewal. Modification of restrictions is a separate process with a separate fee. $10 if I remember correctly. You should request modification now that you have renewed. If denied go to the informal review.The good news is that the renewal arrived today, just a mere 2 weeks from the date I mailed it. The understanding was that the process could take 90-120 days, so perhaps new management is making a difference. No interview and my references were not contacted.
OTOH, my request for an expansion of my restrictions was unsuccessful. Can't have everything in the PRM. At least I have my card for 3 more years.
