No sale WITH the 13 rd mag so maybe without they'll do it. But I don't think these are C&R - double-check on that.

"Not for sale in MA. Not for sale in CA, CT, HI, MA, MD, & NY with Mags."

My understanding some HP's are but I guess these are not yet. The mags are easy to get so no biggie if you get the pistol.

Local Walmarts in Southern Maryland have Tula 7.62x54R non corrosive FMJ in stock, 20 round boxes for $11.00. Sure helped restock my Mosin locker. Nice find.

I just got my "Widener's Wednesday E-Blast!" showing Yugo Mausers on sale for $199. This is tempting even if ammo is hard to find. Any Yugo M48 experts have any insight on these?

I have an identical M48 which shoots really nice. Their price now is less than what I paid for mine a few years back but Wideners lists their condition as fair where mine is considerably better than that. I use surplus ammo when I can find it and some commercial as well. I think Wideners also has the 'sniper' version of this ammo as well which I have not tried yet. Wideners has the Yugo surplus stuff as well which I have shot in mine and all were accurate and all went bang.
