Today's CC Times features a letter from a State employee who is aggrieved by my earlier letter's implication that our data could be abused. He also ludicrously writes that "If the state did not have a solid security program in place, the state would be in much worse condition than it is."

The Times generally does not allow the Letters page to be used as a dialogue between writers. If anyone wants to reply to this guy with some pithy facts, please feel free to send a response. My honor is in your hands.
