Hunters Safety Course in Southern Maryland?

Hello,

I have a friend who wants to do some shooting with me at Myrtle Grove. He wants to bring his son along, but he is a minor, and requires the hunting safety course before he can get a permit to shoot at the range. Does anyone know of a program in Soutern Maryland where he can take the course? I understand there is an outdoor portion that must be taken with an instructor, as well as an online portiong which he can do on his own...

Oh, tey live in Calvert county, but anything there, or Anne Arundel, or Charles or St. Mary's should work.
