It’s technically not an appeal like going to SCOTUS. Just requesting the entire panel hear the case instead of the 3 judge panel of left wing loons

Since it is the 4th Circuit that means the entire panel of mostly left wing loons. But that is the next step on the path to the Supreme Court which thanks to Trump and McConnell now has fewer left wing loons than it used to.
