I'd post a pic of my G29sf ( if I was more computer literate ) , but not really any point . You'd have to look really close to tell it's a gen 4 slide release on a gen 3 gun . Eventually it will upgrade to a factory NY-1 , but will still look the same . ( Yes , I said UPgrade to NY-1, if you're DA Revolver fluent , it gives a better pull .)

Am I the only one who thinks OEM Glock sights are entirely serviceable ? ( At least with a dab of paint or nail polish on front sight )

^^^ no you’re not. I have the ornals on my G4 model 17 and find them adequate and all black. But then I prefer black sights. My aging eyes are asking for a dot/tritium front if I were actually begin shooting it more.

It takes a bit of getting used to the rear sight, when you've grown up with 3 dot sights on pistols. My preference is tritium, but I have adapted to the glock sights.

The more I shoot my 19 (carry gun) the more I like it

Would it be better to put an aftermarket trigger in it or "clean up" the stock one? It's kind of gritty

Been a while since I posted on here, so here’s my latest Glock 17 build.

Hell of a job! Did you just sand away the finger groves and use a soldering iron, for the stippling? Looks fantastic! I just bought a P80 lower…. No creativity
Thanks! No, I use a wood burner. More options with different tips that come with them. I did grind away the other finger groove.

    Nothing wrong with that!

I don’t even have pics of mine anymore, got out of my 31 and 32 a while back, between 357 Sig prices and boredom, it happens… lol
