Homeland Security on Nashua Lane 10/22

Anyone know what was going on on Nashua Lane in Bowie last night?
I was coming home from picking up dinner, and there was a Homeland Security "PG County Emergency Response" van in front of a house with all the windows busted out. They had it covered in flood lights.

I'm just curious because I live right around the corner. I'd like to know if there was a meth lab or a suicide bomber in the neighborhood, ya know?

It did.

It looked like an ambuance.
Like this only white and blue:

On the door, it had a seal like this:

Only it said Emergency Response insead of Fire/EMS.
And on sides of the back of the van it said "Homeland Security" in large letters. I beleive the department seal was also there, but I can't be sure now. I don't recall seeing any other markings on the van, or flashing emergency lights or anything else like that.
