> excellent initial assessment & repair skills
> supervise vendors as needed
> drywall patch & paint skills
> general handyman duties (hang, adjust, move, etc.)
> report daily activity to supervisors
> must have their own reliable transportation for routine visits throughout Prince Georges, Howard, Baltimore & Anne Arundel counties (mileage will be reimbursed at Fed. rate)
> must pass background check
> after hours / on-call duty required
