IIRC, in previous years the chairman simply tabled the bill without a vote. So getting a vote is still an improvement since it shows it was taken more seriously this year.

How do we find out which way people voted on this. It is time to start replacing people that can't read the Constitution. Once we know, we can start applying pressure to those people now and also support candidates that run against them.

Does an unfavorable report actually mean that it got a vote? If so, I'd also be very interested to know how the Committee voted. Thankfully I have a Delegate who sits in the Judiciary Committee, and he was one of the co-sponsors.

If you are a subscriber, vote totals are available while the General Assembly is in session. If you are not a subscriber, vote totals are available once the current floor session is complete.

Detailed votes are available in the proceedings document when they are journalized, usually within a few days of the session. Votes are available through individual Bill Pages (Document Section) and through the Proceedings pages. Veto and override votes taken in following year's sessions will only appear in the Proceedings for the following year.
