I live in baltimore city (yeah i know poor me). I currently do not drive (just gotta take my drivers test) but i have to take the bus and withing the last 5 years or so i have ben robbed many times quite a few at gun point, shot at (no reason was just walking to get a soda and heard someone shout get the white boy and i took off running home heard several shots fired and was even grazed) and only recieved 2 incedent reports from the police and also went through an ordeal where me and my mother had to get a restraining order against her now ex husband. That being said here are my questions. 1 would the police have on record these events even though i didnt get a report? 2 is there any training in baltimore city? And 3 if the police do have these incedents on file would i have to get my own copies or would msp have acces to them? Thanks

You said you received 2 incident reports but then said you didn't get a report, which one is it?
As far as them having it on record, don't know. If you are able to get these reports before the HPRB, you may have a chance. If you were grazed and went to the hospital and have paperwork on that, even better.
