got a twofer today mother and a baby taken with a 22 mag from a little over 100 yards

mother was a heart and lung shot.

baby stood up for me after i shot the mother, and boom! headshot!

the trick to eating ground hog is to clean all the fat off if you leave the pockets of fat inside the rib cage or under the arms it is greasy and nasty. That younging would be tasty !

I always thought when you step on them after you shoot them they whistle.

Suppose to taste pretty good, if you prepare them properly, they are grass fed.
