Until Oct. 1, any tip that leads to an arrest and seizure of an illegal gun will give a reward of up to $2,500. If an illegal ghost gun is seized, that reward goes all the way up to $7,500.

    Interesting development...

I heard from a retired DC officer they are changing pistols and current and former officers can buy their former service weapon.

    Sure.

But certainly the local Karen Squad wouldn't hesitate either.

If anyone here has a ghost gun in DC, PM me your address. I’d like to send you flowers…

Lolz, this was quite literally featured in Matt Bracken's enemies foreign and domestic trilogy years ago.

No doubt someone showed off something illegal to them. They’ll be able to splurge on something (dinner/clothing) with the proceeds, but it’ll be obvious to everyone a few degrees from them they did it.

Reminds me of this scene from Goodfellas where people are showing off what they spent money on:

I'm looking around for a gun "buyback" program if anyone knows of an upcoming one. FIL moved to Florida and left 2 cheap shotguns in poor shape with me. If I can find some moronic govt willing to pay $100 per, I'd gladly sell them "back".

I saw that Baltimore County did a "buyback" a couple months ago and was paying $50 for "extended" magazines. Heck, I've got 5 brand new Magpuls I bought last month in Charleston for $10/piece that I would gladly sell for 5x that price!!!
