I thought it was illegal to put a VFG on a pistol
I thought it was illegal to put a VFG on a pistol
It's also an SBR, but if he's a dealer I would imagine all his paperwork is in order.

That would be a post 86 dealer sample machine pistol Bean. You will need to come of age, get the cash together to get a FFL/SOT and shop, and then get a LE Demo Letter for the post sample. If you can do all that, the price of that rig should be no issue . You could do an SBR just like it. Not really practical, but if you like it that much, have at it. You still have a couple years though my man. I hope that your rights will still be intact by then. It might be a good idea for your Mom to start an NFA Trust.

WOW!
^ just wondering would there be an issue in just getting the stock and the front grip ? If not where can you get them ?
If you own a Glock 17 and are in possession of the stock and foregrip, you are at risk for "constructive intent" unless you have registered the pistol as an SBR. That is why the manufacturers usually include the "NFA Rules Apply" caveat when advertising.
