    well if it aint on the list then it should be cash and carry...i would bet most FFLs would transfer it as regulated though...anyone who has one to chime in on this?

    The way I understand it legislation is needed to update the regulated rifle list, its not constantly updated like the handguns.

    No one of note has any interest in updating it either. It's an eternal monument to the stupidity of gun control groups. That's why all of the "scary" guns of the 1980s are on there while new guns are not.
