It looks like the total number of applications will top 100,000 by Oct.1st. This got me to wondering how many regulated firearms this represents. So I calculated the average number of firearms per application for my family, all members who filled out form 77r.
Total number of regulated firearms bought.
Divided by total number of Form 77r filled out.

The average number of regulated firearms per application = 1.4

    100,000 X 1.4 = 140,000 firearms

During the same time period, since the passage of SB281, we also bought some unregulated firearms and if you include those the total number of all firearms per 77r = 2.2

    100,000 X 2.2 = 220,000 firearms

Gov. OweMalley is doing a great job selling guns.

Plan D? Not worth the hassle.
    Interesting

I think the average per app is way up this year.

But I would not use us as typical.

One lowers it could be off the chart. With inventory an issue that argues for a lower per app number.

we know its more than 1 for DCs i would think

If we knew how many DC in the state we could get better numbers

New DC would be good to know as well.

But the number of all numbers is new gun owners. That number more than any other must climb .. and it must keep climbing all next year injunction or not.

My last 77R had 3 continuation sheets that went along with it. Come next week Christmas in September will arrive. Since the beginning of March I've averaged one per week. Just doing my part to bolster the local economy I suppose :innocent0

As a younger collector of modern sporting arms I've reallocated a lot of my savings to get items NOW that I would have otherwise normally purchased 2-5 years down the road. No CC debt here... these were paid in-full.

SB281 has been the impetus behind the "recent enhancing of my collection".

DC status could go either way. They don't need to worry about "two on same form/ 60 days " and can do a single anytime somthing catches their eye. I had't thought about it since getting DCL , but I guess it's about 50/50 .

But again there are plenty of non-DC doing the 2/ 60 day to get one extra in before the deadline.
