I know what post means. I apologize for misreading the post and I didn't mean for anyone to get butthurt over it which is why I specifically stated I was not calling anybody incorrect. I am well aware of the laws which is why I posted for clarification to begin with. Thank you for clearing up my confusion it was my mistake but that doesn't mean it's appropriate to get any panties in a bunch. A simple "I said received post october 1" would have been plenty.

What does post mean actually?

In the world of chronology...

There is PRE, DURING and POST.

PRE = before sh*t goes off

DURING = while da sh*t is hapnin

POST = after da sh*t's done. Not to be confused with the "post office".
